While representing Southlake, J-Belle Kimbrell earned the job of Miss Texas' Outstanding Teen on June 25! During the Competition, J-Belle was recognized with Preliminary Talent and Preliminary On-Stage Question in Evening Wear awards.
Please join us in congratulating Miss Texas' Outstanding Teen! While representing the State of Texas at Miss America's Outstanding Teen in Dallas, TX, J-Belle placed Second Runner-Up. She truly made the State of Texas proud!
